1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a room or using the website of Hotel Raj Inn Omkareshwar, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before finalizing your reservation.

2. Check-in and Check-out Timelines

Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon). Early check-in is subject to room availability and may attract additional hourly charges.
Standard Check-out Time: 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be pre-approved by the front desk and is subject to availability.

3. Guest Identification Requirements

In accordance with local police and government mandates, every adult guest checking into the hotel must present a valid Government-issued photo identification document.
• Accepted documents: **Aadhaar Card**, **Voter ID**, **Driving License**, or **Passport**.
• PAN cards are **not** accepted as valid address proof.
• Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport and Visa.

4. Occupancy Policy

Rooms must be occupied only by the number of guests declared and agreed upon during booking. Additional charges apply for extra guests or mattresses. Double bed rooms accommodate up to 2 guests; triple beds up to 3; quad beds up to 4; and our 8-bed suite up to 8 guests.

5. Guest Behavior & Code of Conduct

Hotel Raj Inn is located in the sacred holy town of Omkareshwar. To respect the local pilgrimage heritage and ensure comfort for all families staying with us:

Consumption of non-vegetarian food and alcohol is strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.
Smoking is not allowed inside guest rooms or lobbies. Please use designated open-air areas.
Loud music or disruptive behavior that disturbs other guests is not permitted.

6. Liability and Damages

Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to hotel property (furniture, electronics, linen, or wall finishes) during their stay. The hotel is not liable for the loss of cash, jewelry, or valuables left in rooms or vehicles parked in our lot.
